Bradda Head Lithium Limited (AIM:BHL, OTCQB:BHLIF) said it received approval to list on Toronto’s Venture exchange (TSX-V) and that trading will start tomorrow under the BHLI ticker.

The North America-focused lithium development company said in July that it planned to list on the TSX-V.

Bradda Head said its admission to the TSX-V will not affect trading of its shares on London’s AIM nor on the OTCQB Market in North America. No new shares in the company will be issued as part of the TSX-V listing, it reiterated.

"We are delighted to have completed our TSX-V listing and to welcoming North American shareholders, bringing what we believe is a very attractive proposition to a new pool of investors who have a strong understanding of lithium and resource companies, said chief executive Charles FitzRoy.

“This is a really exciting time for Bradda Head and US-based lithium companies. We are well funded, and have an extensive 30-hole drilling programme underway at our San Domingo pegmatite project in Arizona.

“We also have extensive programmes planned for the remainder of 2022 and 2023 at the Basin project in Arizona; the results of which will go towards hitting our resource base expansion targets as soon as feasible and receiving the second and third payments under our royalty agreement.”
