Pennsylvania Oil-Field (Petro) Brine
- Located 55km north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, excellent access, rural setting with farms and ranch-style industries
- Program initiated in 2016, focused efforts and region based upon government (USGS) data showing highly anomalous lithium values in oil-gas field drill holes
- Historic wells contain 490 and 489 mg/l lithium, samples reportedly collected from the Oriskany Formation at roughly 1,600m depth
- Strategic land owners identified, leases acquired in 2018
- All land is private
- Total acreage of 589 across six (6) land holders presently leased, other opportunities/owners identified for further leasing
Texas Oil-Field (Petro) Brine
- Located in the Smackover Formation, eastern Texas, Cass County
- Mineral lease is very proximal to historic oil wells sampled by the USGS, identifying numerous lithium in brine anomalies such as 565, 561, 547, 473, and 404 mg/l, but not verified by re-sampling due to wells being abandoned
- Wells with 561 and 547 mg/l lithium are within 0.70 km of the Company’s mineral lease
- The lease covers approximately 40 acres and very strategic in location
- Prior negotiations with surrounding land owner to resume once funding for leasing secured
